Since early 2009 Apostle Leroy & Pastor/Prophetess Althea Williams was led to start classes for the Holy Spirit School of Ministry in the South Florida area, the response to the idea has been truly amazing. The anointing on the Bible studies at our church, and changed lives are a testament to what God is doing through these powerful studies.

Pastor Althea Williams says, "Few things in life thrill me as much as believers who are earnestly seeking to “study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” (2 Timothy 2:15).

As you know we serve a mighty God: “How great are his signs! and how mighty are his wonders! his kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and his dominion is from generation to generation” (Daniel 4:3).

We know He desires to work through us, for in Daniel 6:27 we read, “He delivereth and rescueth, and he worketh signs and wonders in heaven and in earth.”

Our wonderful Lord tells us, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father” (John 14:12).

To be part of these “greater works,” we must be grounded through a diligent study of God’s Word: “Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord” (1 Corinthians 15:58).

According to 2 Timothy 3:16-17, the living Word of God must be our foundation for all we do for Him: “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.”

What a wonderful calling we have to learn of His miracle-working power and His calling upon our lives, and to be used powerfully to fulfill His calling on our lives: “God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will?” (Hebrews 2:4).

 

The apostle Paul, writing under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, tells us: “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” (2 Timothy 2:15).

 

Now, more than ever, is the time to “grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ” (2 Peter 3:18).

A. You do not need a high school diploma or college degree for enrollment. Our desire is to make our classes available to anyone who wants to learn and a commitment to develop a deeper personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.

 

Q. Can the classes be counted toward college credit? 

A. At this point they cannot, but our ministry is discussing a possible educational relationship with an excellent Christian college that would allow credit toward a degree. More information will be forthcoming as that relationship develops.

 

Q. How long does it take to complete each class? 

A. On-location classes normally involve 6wks sessions, which last 3 hours each and are held one day each week.

 

Q. How much time will I have to take the entire course? 

A. From the time of enrollment, you will have 6 weeks to complete the course. This is plenty of time, allowing an average of one week to go through each of the 6 sessions and practice tests, and a week to complete the final exam successfully.

 

Q. How much does it cost to be a student with the school of ministry?

A. God specifically called Pastors Leroy & Althea Williams to establish the School of Ministry in early 2009.  The Williams unique calling in ministry is based on heaven's cry for SOULS!  Pastor 1st Lady Althea Williams has an anointing on her life to teach the body of Christ by preparing them for the end-time move of the Holy Spirit.  They believe that one of the greatest needs today is for strong, anointed believers who understand God's desire for us to reach the world with the soul-saving and miracle-working power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and who know that impacting the globe is "not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts" (Zechariah 4:6). 

 

A. The Bible clearly tells us that God is a God of signs and wonders. In Daniel 6:27 we read, "He delivereth and rescueth, and he worketh signs and wonders in heaven and in earth." Our wonderful Lord tells us, "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shallhe do; because I go unto my Father" (John 14:12).And immediately after telling His followers to "Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature" (Mark 16:15), Jesus Christ spoke of the signs that would follow a wonderful calling we have to learn of His miracle-working power and His calling upon our lives with signs and wonders, and with diverse miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will?
